Delivery & Returns


Shipping is calculated by region and weight. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, prior to you approving payment. 

Delivery times are usually about one week, but sometimes can be up to 14 working days as domestic carriers can take longer. Customs clearance can also add to delays which are out of our control. The customer is responsible for paying all local duties that are applicable.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise if it is eligible for a refund. If you are eligible for a refund we will credit your credit original method of payment, within 1 week. Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email to and we will arrange an exchange. You will need to pay the postage, which we will then refund you to your original method of payment. To return your product, you should mail your product to:15 Backfields Lane, Bristol BS2 8QW, UK. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you are returning the item because it is faulty. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not held responsible for items that are lost in transit when you are returning them.
